All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in any clear text on any web site. Please do not e-mail your credit card details to us, as this is not a secure method.

Due to the handmade nature of our products all illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All items are subject to availability.
Prices
All prices stated on this web site are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Price and Print Errors
Inspire-Inspire make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct. However no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Return of damaged goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the goods arrive safely. In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged, such damage must be notified to Inspire-Inspire immediately upon receipt either by telephone on 01953 488907 or by e-mail sales@inspire-inspire.co.uk. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent. Where a replacement is not available, a full refund or exchange of item will be offered. After a period of 7 days damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery.
Return of non-damaged goods
If you wish to return a non- damaged product to Inspire-Inspire you must contact us by telephone or e-mail to explain the reason for the return. All returns must be authorised by us and take place within 7 days of receipt. Goods that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring in transit when sending returned goods back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Goods will be inspected upon receipt to ensure that they are in their original condition. Refunds due will be for merchandise only and will be made within 30 days of the goods being received by us in an acceptable condition.
Jewellery returns
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange earrings.
